Hall had the task of undoing the claim that UK was a racist school. Had to be the one to full intergrate UK basketball. So yeah, he had struggles at first. Hall is twice the man and coach that Cal could ever hope to be imo.

Is that part of a written requirement in his contract, or is that a fan requirement? Not trying to argue, just want to point out that I'd think the agreement he has with UK isn't that specific with regards to performance expectations. Most likely it doesn't say much of anything except "for cause", but then how the heck is that even defined?

Does UK have a documented list of "failures" or actions that would clearly meet a "for cause" justification for firing? If not, I'm sure Rafters folks would be up to the task of creating a very good list of expectations!

I doubt it's a contact clause.....but I believe Cal used to or maybe still does get one (bonus) for grad rates for the players ...why is that in there but his own personal job performance wouldn't be?
