Has anyone ever really been told what the process was for selecting delegates? Donald says it eliminated the people from the process. Reince says it is a procedure that was agreed on prior to Trump entry. Then we see some real live Coloradians who say they were bypassed in the process. How can residents be removed from process without a little hell-raising at the time of delegate selection?

I can't really speak to the process. I'm registered as an independent, so I don't get to caucus with either party. Since I view caucuses as a way to exclude voters anyway, I haven't paid a ton of attention to the whole mess here.
