I can not believe this team was 3 seed after seeing Cal' pathetic coaching in Arkansas this year
If Pope coached Kentucky team in last year, how good would this team be?

Mark Pope offense with Rob/Reed/Reeves? Forget about it.
I know one thing. He would have prepared for Oakland’s defense. Cal didn’t.
I think that team definitely wins a couple of tourney games but the defense with that groups was so bad I just don’t see how any coach could overcome it long term
It would have been a massacre especially since this staff would figure out they needed to zone people to succeed.
I think they were so good offensively that they could out score teams for 5 games in a row playing a defense they could handle, like a zone.
Would’ve definitely beaten Oakland and maybe won a couple more games in the tournament. Pope would have at least known to chase Gohlke off the 3-point line since he took 97% of his shots from 3.
Pope wouldn't have been able to get Dilly and I doubt reeves would have stayed with a coaching change...so it's hard to say.
