You guys are assuming alcohol (which it very well may be), but he has undoubtedly pain killers prescribed to him for his back surgery and recovery. Any chance he might have been under the influence of narcotics instead of alcohol?

I assume anything is possible but in his photograph, he looks drunk.

With his money he can hire a lawyer to make it look like it was the fault of a doctor or a bad cop and get off scot-free - ala OJ Simpson. But if Tiger just fesses up and pays his fines I will have a new found respect for him.

Arrested at 3am-ish, released by 10:30am on a holiday weekend. Those damn rich white people again.
