Lol... Thought about it...just keeping it humble....
This bowl victory will kick start us into next season with a bang. Spring practice will be a lot of work but fun for our young men knowing they have layed a solid foundation to build on. Next year 9 wins will be a modest goal. With a break or two we hit double digits in victories and then we really take off in the future
If you win the Bowl game fully expect Kentucky to be Preseason Top 25 with 19 starters returning and stop with some of you with the 6-6/7-5 Predictions....8-4 and Top 3 in the SEC East is the standard for the 2017 Kentucky Wildcats.
Do you know where we are ranked currently? I thought I heard low 30's, if that's true, it's very possible with a spectacular win, we are ranked to start next year.
Bowl games and spring games are stand alone events. Enjoy them but don't extrapolate future performance from them.
37th in the current Coaches Poll...but with a win you will be 8-5 and you would have done what others have done...finish strong and with momentum going into 2017.
A solid Bowl Game performance gives you cred going into the next season-(example what we did-Louisville) after last year finishing strong with a Bowl win. Kentucky can do the exact same thing with more returning players.
