MD can play both the 3 and the 4 and probably can guard the 2. Moreno will be at center kind of what Perry and Noah were at their positions last year. Big guy will need to get in the weight room and get adjusted to the college paint. We will need what we have.

Between the 4-5 spots that’s 80 minutes per game to divvy up. About 16 minutes each. Can see Moreno being low man on the totem pole among the group with a healthy JQ being the leader. But I can see the minutes being spread out fairly evenly among the middle three.
How do people make posts like this? You don’t have a clue what will happen and how he will develop. He is a big kid who will be in a college strength and conditioning program. I can imagine you had Mark Pope committed to UK out of high school telling everyone that he is a place holder for the better recruits Pitino will land in the future.

But he is far more skilled than Garrison.
It’s the “recruited over” comment that is mere conjecture. You don’t have a clue. I am sure you have watched him play as much as any, but the idea that you know whether he will be a dominant center or a bench warmer in 2 years is unknown.
I think Moreno will play sparingly this season, learning the ropes. He’ll be Center #2 next season and a starter as a Junior and potentially go pro. Just my guess. It takes big men time to develop. I see his process being similar to Richards and Mohammad.
All of Mark’s HS recruiting successes involve kids from the Commonwealth. Moreno is the only McDee of the four. Seems people other than Mark see his potential. Go figure.

Are you saying we don't have a firm starting 5 day one? are hoping or praying for a great starting five? I'm getting nervous that our recruits are not ready day one or our portals need healing and getting use to American basketball. I was feeling really excited until I read this post. Holy shat, are we in trouble. Most negative post in weeks.
Don't see JQ being ready til around Dec.. Don't see Croatian guy ready to start at beginning of season,, Pope will probably have him playing #2 easing him in to get used to college basketball.. If that happens then BG starts somewhere..
♂We have room for everyone. It's nice to have some extra players when you have injuries like we did this year. I hope Pope goes to 15 scholarship players.

It appears what you were looking for was “I can tell you will 100% confidence” because otherwise you’d have to either A. Be Mark Pope(you’re not) or B. Pope told you this directly(he didn’t).
