We tried this as Jets fans. The problem is, even if the ticket prices drop due to demand, people will take advantage of the cheap prices and still show up. Every team has a percentage of fans that generally cant afford to go to games.. so if the opportunity presents itself, they likely will grab the tickets.
But in theory, yeah.. everyone who posts here on any regular basis should not go to another game this year and until Mitch is gone. You'd be perpetuating the problem if you do.

Remember when we turned down 10,000 fans at Rupp for his introduction press conference? Boy have things changed in a hurry.
Will not happen. There's a social society intitlement that exists in Lexington who will not easily give up their seats, regardless of the product on the floor.
If you want change we all agree upon, you go after the Board of Trustees and Mitch legally breaching fiduciary responsibilities.
The problem is a percentage of those fans aren't fans at all. They couldn't tell you who the players are, they can't even describe a game score properly. "we're winning 52 to 81". For them the games are just something to do because they're bored with Bingo and Bridge went out of style decades ago.
Best way to get rid of mitch is a combination. Don't go to games, dont watch the product. Put him on blast here so everyone gets the message.
