Illinois Teams in National Rankings

MAJOR CAVEAT ALERT: These are computerized rankings, in no way am I arguing for accuracy or relevance. I would 100% lean towards USA Today and MaxPreps expert rankings over these.

That said, found it interesting that IL has 4 teams getting some love in the current top 25. Of those, only Loyola shows in the USA today expert and none are in the MaxPreps...

That Loyola is the only one ranked nationally (@25) at Expert Rankings at http://usatodayhss.com/rankings/expert/boys/football/2016/9 is a little suspect to me. LA and ESL in my mind should both be in there. Rice and Palatine I can see them being down under a little bit. But ESL is a real deal team as well
