If Trump can be hard on Hillary-during the debates-without being insulting -he wins. If he can't, he loses.

I think these debates will actually ask them to spell out their policies. If he just stands there and does his lying Hillary schtick he is toast. He just keeps playing to his choir and doesn't seem to care about broadening his appeal.

I'm trying to figure a way to watch the debates without the sound - both of them hurt me ears when I hear them speak.

The video isn't any better though ... maybe there's a way to just read transcripts after the debates are over?

I'm not sure I can bring myself to watch one of the debates, but if I do, watching Trump have to hammer out policy details may be worth watching. He's already flip flopped on so many of his hard line position statements. So having him fill in some logistical blanks in an attempt to clarify his policy may be worth watching because he will no doubt contradict himself....again and again.
