It's not brain surgery.

Coaches can't improve shooting. However, they need to encourage guys to work on it, relentlessly in the off season.

Part 1: Get guys that are already proven shooters.

Part 2: returning guys need to work on their craft in their own time. Do what Stef Curry does, a minimum of 500 shots a day. This is for Simpson, Griffith, JWill and JMike. Even Wolf.

No. 1,000 shots daily. Minimum. Anything less, RAC ticket holders send it back.

Need to hope...

Gavin becomes a legit 3 point shooter

At least 1 of Dylan or Ace is at least average 3 point shooter

Land at least 1 legit portal 3 point shooter

I think this is asking a lot, but can we get players to stop taking mid range shots? As Richie said on his podcast, I only want to see 3s, paint points, and free throws.
