In any given year, how many pro sports games do you watch?

Live at the event, on television, or from the internet.

I've never been to an NFL game, but I probably watch a half a dozen NFL games on television during the regular season. Mostly Bengals games. I've watched the Super Bowl almost every year since I was a kid.

I sometimes tune into NBA special events (big milestone games for certain players, the debut of UK players, etc.) and the Finals, but usually just as background while I'm writing or playing on the internet. I've never been to an NBA game either.

I check MLB stats from time to time but I haven't watched a full MLB game since the early '90s and likely never will again. I've been to probably half a dozen Reds games since the late '80s, the most recent about five years ago.

Edit: I is a idiot. Didn't see read the word 'Pro' in the title. So take the college stuff out.

Except for that one day a year, I watch a few minutes of something every day. Amount of time varies, of course. A few minutes of a Reds and game here or there and most all of the playoffs. All of UK basketball and football games. Bits and pieces of any nfl days. I’ll watch random college football games while flipping in between. Some NBA while flipping around looking for other stuff, but entire playoffs games. Last quarter of UK women’s basketball. NHL finals all the way through. I could live off Sports Channels and Comedy Central only, but they don’t sell that package.

NFL- rarely a full game, throw on night games to fall asleep
NBA- 0
MLB- have Reds on most nights that Fox South/TN carries.
PGA- 3rd & 4th rounds most every weekend I’m able. If up early I’ll watch the European Tour as well.

MLB: my son and friends like to watch, so we’ll catch.

NBA - despise it...my son watches, so I’ll sit with him, but will draw or something

nfl - despise, never. Son doesn’t care, so literally never

Like a full game from start to finish? Zero. I’ll watch a half here and there of the NFL or 5 mins here and there of an NBA game

I'd probably be embarrassed if I actually knew how many PRO games I watch in a year, let alone college.

NFL - Safe to say I'd average 3 games a week in the regular season, and watch all of the playoffs. If we still lived in TN, that would be bumped to 4 games, but beach time here keeps it at 3.

NBA - The NBA has replaced nearly all of my college interest outside of UK and ETSU and bits and pieces of games here and there. I watch most of the Heat games, and the really big matchups on TNT & ESPN.

MLB - Go to maybe a dozen minor league games and follow the Braves. Probably 100+ games a year.

I have to say I'm glad my wife loves sports too...

No less than 100 rugby matches. Between English premiership, PRO14, the USA’s league known as MLR, rugby 7s, the Six Nations tournament...

Maybe a dozen NFL games.

That’s about it for pro sports.

oh yeah I watch the PGA but I didn't mention it because I guess I don't think of a day of golf as a 'game'.

NFL - Every game I possibly can. Favorite pro sport by far.

NBA - Finals, some playoffs, occasional regular season game if it’s a big matchup

MLB - Reds fan, so 10 games in the first month, nothing else. Usually catch some postseason. I can’t watch a whole baseball game on TV

NHL - winter classic, a few playoff games

Golf and tennis - Zero

TBH, the TV is just background noise anymore, either it be sports or news. I did pay a lot of attention for the UK bowl game but even most of the UK BB games I don't really pay all that much attention to them, especially when they're playing like garbage or against some garbage team. I do pay attention and watch as much as I can during MM, best time of the year that Thursday/Friday.

Not DVR-ed: 1-2. Fast forward thru: Several hundred. Mainly EPL, Bundesliga, Reds, & some downhill ski races. Zion WIlliamson intrigues me due to his unique talents. Otherwise, NBA games are like I Love Lucy reruns. He will quickly wear off.

I can't remember the last time I watched a pro game in it's entirety. Don't care much at all for pro sports.

Easily I watch more than 1/2 an MLB season each year.

NFL - 70
MLB - 50
NHL - 100
Golf - 100ish rounds
NBA - 50
NASCAR - 30 races
You do realize that is watching more than 1 professional sports event every day, all year?

You know you are also expected to have time for the Cats, employment, other forms of human entertainment, and sex with adult women, yes?

NBA - lots, easily my most watched sport (along with college basketball)...don't necessarily watch whole games, but with Fox Sports I get Indiana, Cleveland and Memphis games on all the time, TNT and ESPN, plus NBA TV. If I'm not watching a show (don't watch much) or movie, I'll usually have an NBA (or college bball) game on.
NFL - not that much, probably haven't watched a full game in years, incl Super Bowl
MLB - 0
Golf - Try to catch the majors. I've started playing more golf, so I watch some non-major events a little more than I used to.
Tennis - Try to catch the majors, the local W&S Open in Cincinnati, and when ever Federer plays.
NHL - 0
Soccer - 0
MMA - Pay-per-view every now and then
Boxing - 0
NASCAR/any auto-racing - 0

Only sporting events I set aside time to watch from beginning to end are UK games.

With 2 kids in school and involved in school events, church, etc, don't have nearly the time I used to for sports.

I only have sex WHILE watching NASCAR. This is America, right?

Now? 1 maybe...if you consider the Cincinnati Reds a Professional team. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. I skipped the Reds/Cardinals this year and went to Green Bay and saw the Packers put the beat down on the Raiders.

When I lived in StL I would probably see the Redbirds 8 times a year.
