Is it really that hard to believe that the FB team will someday be in the news for something similar?

Same AD, same culture, and look at the moral rock that is their FB coach.

They already have had scandals that have been quashed. I mean, the school and local media tried to cover up the Danielle Cogswell overdose death in a football player's dorm room before the story blew wide open.

Polk was later dismissed after being charged with possession and drug trafficking.

There is a culture of criminal behavior in UL athletics as a whole.

I campaigned against BP to UK on moral grounds, jurich threw a $23,000,000 contract at him when no legitimate University, including UK, would hire him. I also pointed out what a lousy job he did recruiting at Arkansas and WKY, at Arkansas TWO four stars after TWO big bowl wins, Arkansas announcing their $400,000,000 athletics upgrade, and talk of a NC. I firmly believe a lot of his (well above expected, to me) success recruiting at UL is based on their fudging in every way they can and athletes knowing they can get away with a lot more there than they can anywhere else------well, maybe except TU. The players being unfairly punished now (and yes they are, to some extent) should have taken that into consideration when they chose to go there. A LOT of athletes have gone to real Universities where they were very disappointed in how things turned out for their team, but at least most of them got a good education.

I just listened to Slick Rick's rant, and the only thing I got out of it is that he thinks UL should be allowed to buy themselves out of the situation, say a huge fine. After all, didn't he arrange the abortion, pay for it, and hire the best high priced lawyers available to get himself out of his little jam?

Wonder if anyone has ever asked her if she provided entertainment for any football players? I was hoping MJ would ask...
But guess if it isn't in her diary then it would be a poor play on her part to bring it up....
Wouldn't it be something if in addition to having a basketball journal... she had a football journal also?[banana][cheers]:bomb:

Wouldn't that journal be worth a pretty penny to some loaded, Card football Booster... Yup... be worth lots-o-mooooney..... If Katina moves to Lake Forest, guess my question will be answered...

Yeah, it would have been nice if RP had said I am not the only one that cheats at UL. LOL

I didn't realize what a great guy jurich was until he told me.

Rick and any Coach that was accused should have been Suspended for the rest of the season maybe Jurich also with out pay and let the players play this year the fifth year players transferred according to the rules as for as we know, where they thought they had a chance to play deep in the tourney and then let NCAA decide about future Penalties.

This is remincent of the Penn State Scandal. Penn State lost their President, AD and head coach plus suspension for 2 years and a bunch of lost scholarships.

It's a culture of turning a blind eye to what's right and wrong. Not just buying a steak dinner for a recruit or some ******** bus ticket home, real bad things are happen in Louisville and it doesn't look like it's changing. Sad

I have long suspected the real bad stuff would come from the football side of things at U of L.

Jurich will always spin the story, telling everyone his coaches knew nothing about anything that is wrong. He will never change. Hopefully, someday they will get a President who has some balls, and won't let Jurich run the show.
