My mom went to school with Ronald McDonald but you can't really blame his parents. He was born before McDonalds existed.
Worked with a Mike Hunt.

Worked with a guy named Mike Koche(pronounced Cock), anytime we had to call him over the intercom we used Michael.

Old Navy buddy was named Richard Thicke, but went by Dick. You can imagine the duty roster when he was listed as Thicke, Dick.

Don't forget about this guy. Used to love on Sportscenter they would list him no matter what the sport. Was telling my friend about it one night and we were watching Sportscenter. They showed the LPGA scores from the day and damned if it didn't say "Trickle- did not play."

Back when I was in sales I had a customer named Dick Lipps. Seriously! I never understood why he didn't go by Richard or Rick or Ricky. Oh well.

Boss's husband where I worked as a teenager was named Richard Head. Never went by 'Dick', but he had the forlorn expression of a man who spent his entire life with that burden.

This culturally insensitive, but a guy at work is named Long Pei. Also there is an attorney in Louisville named Richard Head. Shorten that one up and he is the most appropriately named attorney on Earth.

Still don't get why anyone names their kid Dick. Despite past relatives names, I'd drop that tradition with a quickness. Knew a guy named Dick Miner.

Without fail, Dan Patrick would always note Dick Trickle's results on the Sunday Sportscenter.

My pops worked with a brakeman named Charles Michael Hunt. Without fail, the crew caller would note on the call board that C. Mike Hunt had "okayed" for work..

My cousin went to Jackson County HS with a girl named Fonda Peters.

-And [laughing] at Dick Bald..
