Not one willing passer on this team. We are playing calipari AAU ball without the talent. I'm not sure how this team and the one that played Purdue are the same team. We appear to have a whole team.of selfish headcases who either can't or will not run a simple set. I've never seen anything like it. Even normally annoying overly excited Vitale looks bored to death. Pope can not stay here at this point.

Literally, serious talk. How can anyone watch that first half and think Pope has a clue on what he is doing. The lineups were a mystery. No offense game plan. He literally looks like he doesn’t have a clue. You can blame the players shooting but other than Garrison for obvious reasons, we aren’t getting open looks compared to Indiana.

Score has nothing do with what I posted. The fact that he's amped up. People can't think anymore. There is a thing called nuance.
Screaming, cursing, and getting kicked out of a basketball game is nuance in your mind? You’re an idiot. I’m sorry your mom didn’t tell you.

If this is the product of Pope's practices, then we need to quit practicing. I mean what would be the difference?

Yup give me Wheeler and I don’t think it’s exactly close right now
Wheeler was the SEC assist leader two years I believe. He was just labeled really bad because the other talent we compared him to. We have the current NBA MVP rn. Wheeler was bad compared to those players. Wheeler is Shai compared to Lowe.

The issue is mitch shouldn't have been fixated on Drew. He caught lightning n a bottle at Baylor.

Mitch is an uptight douche and let thar determine his considerations. Oats and pearl should have gotten interviews. And Lloyd. At least those 3 turn u down before u make a panic hire.

Oats apparently cant. Mitch would NEVER go after Pearl.

Lloyd absolutely should've been on the list.

Pope does have a game plan. He said on the radio halftime interview that we need to finish stronger at the basket. In other words, the one-on-one offense is what he told them to do. Turrible.

What’s going to happen if we lose tonight looking very likely?!?
Now that we still suck with a 95% healthy team, you'll start hearing a lot about the 2014 team and how they turned it around.

The same Popists who use that comparison, however, will forget to mention to you that unlike this present edition of Kentucky basketball, the 2014 had a three-time, soon to be four-time, and All-SEC player in Julius Randle, plus another top 17 pick in James Young, plus a top 10 pick for the first few rounds of the NCAA tournament in WCS, plus four other future NBA players in the Harrison twins, Dakari Johnson, and Alex Poythress.

Its time to get off the internet dude. You had too much to drink. You clearly have comprehension issues.

I feel for Pope on this, he has this team playing hard tonight, though they’re very likely going to lose regardless.

If he loses this game and the St Johns game…honestly what’s the SEC record that gets him canned? 8-10? 7-11? I could honestly see this team going 6-12 in the league. Surely he doesn’t survive that. He’s just in way over his head. And it sucks.
Crazy that he did a pretty good job last year .. but this year he has zero clue how to motivate this bunch … Oweh sleepwalking.. Aberdeen sleepwalking, Garrison has regressed , the offense looks pathetic , it looks like Cal bunch trying to beat people by drawing fouls . Just disgusting 🤮
Even if JQ comes back it probably wont matter because we cant shoot!
You mean that guy that was playing 5 on 5 with contact 2-3 weeks ago ? But cant play still , oh well checks still cashing—-ManitouDan

I was told freshman talent doesn’t mean much.
