I quit drinking this week and told myself I was gonna get my act together, wasn’t going to let some 18-22 year old rich spoiled brats half assing it out there bother me anymore. Now that I’m six beers deep, looking forward to pulling out a big win and getting this thing turned around.

This team may have quit, but the fans haven’t.

Must win. I think this is the game that’s going to determine if Mark makes it much longer or not. He needs a signature in a bad way, lose to them first time back and I think you can seal his fate. Unless something crazy happens. this game could be something to turn the tide of his career when he looks back.

Also it’s one game and we’ve been terrible. So it’s not something I’m going to just think everything is fine even if we do. Until Kentucky is dominant the way we’re supposed to be it’s failure on all fronts.

Also pisses me off how many people were joyed when we stopped playing them. We would have won the last 15 straight and dominated these guys but we let Calipari sucker us into losing that. Now he’s gone and couldn’t care less and here we are playing them once they’ve got some footing. It’s total BS. And I will always believe and many do he did that because he didn’t want to lose to Crean.

Was a must win vs Gonzaga.

If they lose this game they'd either have to roll through the SEC with 5 losses or less or win the SEC tournament to make the NCAA tournament. That's the problem with scheduling teams in the 300s; they're the only ones we've beaten. If they lose tonight I don't want them to give up but I realize that making the NCAA tourney at the end of the year would be a longshot and maybe it's already that way. That's not giving up; it's just acknowledging the hill you have to climb.

At some point you have to win a game of merit or the math starts working against you. We're getting too damn close to that point.

Alabama and Arizona fans better have ESPNNEWS cued up. Our game starts at 7:45 on ESPN and they are showing Alabama V Arizona starting at 9:30.
They really need to schedule these games with some buffer time in between.
