Antonio Callaway from Florida, who has a sexual assault allegation, gets a judge who is a former UF track and field star and current booster and is acquitted. He is playing today.
Meanwhile...Lloyd Tubman...

Tubman wasn't charged for lack of evidence. The reason Tubman isn't at UK is because of a "board of students" ruled he can't stay in school. Not sure how it works at Florida.

That is exactly my point. Why isn't Tubman in blue?

Because UK has really screwed up rules where student peers are allowed to make decisions on their fellow students despite charges, evidence, and what not. It;'s like having their own version of Civil Court

Can't disagree more...when a person isn't even indicted much less convicted...I am at a loss for the rest of the decision making process.

I don't agree with the process. I think it's really stupid a bunch of students probably made up of Sara Spain type kids can decide a kid's future with no evidence.

If you want to compete in the SEC, you have to hold on to your trouble makers. Sad, but true fact.

U.K. is the most stereotypical politically correct university. That's why he isn't back

The "judge" about which you posted was a special master involved only in the university's internal student hearing. It is poor optics that he was a UF grad, no question, even if it had nothing to do with his decision.
Regardless, the criminal case was dropped by the State's Attorney due to lack of evidence. It appears the woman made up the story. No legal proceedings, no criminal charges, and he was suspended from all activities, including practice, while the incident was being investigated.
