The AD at Penn State is like literally his clone and bff. In a sport of nepotism and loyalty being a constant I would be very surprised there wasn't a lot of interest coming from the AD office. It could have been something as simple as...lets see how this year plays out buddy. I need to be able to sell a winner to the donors or something like that. Win 9-10 games or make a playoff push...other than that though...I want you at PSU buddy but you have to win first.
