Visiting a few other boards I used to visit and post on I now get the following message: "You have insufficient privileges to post here"? What does that mean?

I do not pay for a subscription. I can post here (my home board) and on Hawkeye Report. On Thirty Four & Counting I get the “insufficient privileges“ message.
That must have been a decision made then by the Iowa board to allow that and the Oklahoma State one not to. I can ask around then, but that's my guess.

I have the same issue with the Pitt wrestling board. The PSU and Iowa boards already existed on On3. I assume that when Pitt and OSU transferred over from Rivals, they were automatically made to be pay only and have not been made free yet.

On rivals it was common if you hadn't posted on another board you would get that message for a while. Eventually you would be granted the privilege. If your posts were deemed troll like the privilege could disappear.

Well, when you a perennial top 10 in the BIG Conference and have numerous multi time BIG qualifiers, you can make stuff premium. Hopefully Cael reaches this pinnacle some day.
I'll give Rutgers Fans credit, their attendance outperforms their results. They finished fifth in avg attendance last year, and they still have the second highest single meet attendance.

I'll try and provide some guidance here, but my knowledge isn't complete on all aspects of this.

There are subscribers to a site, and then non-subscribers. If I recall correctly (with the caveat that it's been several years since I was on Rivals), on Rivals non-subscribers could only access free boards on their network. I don't recall specifically what subscribers to a specific site could do, in terms of viewership on pay boards on other sites. And I believe that at some point after BWI left Rivals, Rivals came up with a subscriber plan that was All-Access (i.e., you could access other pay boards; I have no idea if such subscribers could post on all sites).

On3 has a slightly different setup.
- non-subscribers can access free boards on other sites
- I believe (not certain; haven't checked this in years) that non-subscribers can't access pay boards
- subscribers to a specific site (i.e., BWI), can access other pay boards within the network, but they can only view posts on them (i.e., they can't post on them)

Apparently, there was some confusion during the merger, so that not all free boards that have been migrated to On3 are currently set to free. The owners of each site had to do something to make such boards free within On3, and not all did so (more out of not realizing it needed to be done). There hasn't been a public announcement about this (that I've seen) from On3, but supposedly in time such boards will revert to free.

So, if you see this message at the bottom of a non-BWI board:

"You have insufficient privileges to post threads here."

it means you're a subscriber to BWI (or were a subscriber to HVI), and thus are now able to view other On3 site's pay boards, but can't post on them (as is the norm on On3).

I'm not sure what the message is that appears for non-subscribers (of BWI) when they try to access any non-free boards within the On3 network.

Specifically to wrestling fans, it appears that the Iowa wrestling board is set as a free board, so both BWI subscribers and non-subscribers should be able to access it. The Okla. St. wrestling board appears to be currently set as a pay board, so BWI subscribers can view it, but BWI non-subscribers can not view it. Reportedly, the Okla. St. operator is working to get their wrestling board set as a free board -- no info as to when this will take place.

Also, I should note that On3 doesn't have an All-Access subscription level, so if you had that on Rivals, you've been converted to an Ad-Free subscription, which means you can view and post on BWI's boards (free or pay) without seeing ads, and you can view other On3 boards (free or pay) without seeing ads, but you won't be able to post on the pay boards of other On3 sites.

Sorry for any gaps in my knowledge, or my explanation. That said, I think the above addresses most situations those that have migrated are encountering on boards on sites other than BWI.
