Seems to me he would an ideal finishing piece to the class, seems like a better player than Lanier. Almost Reeves like in that he’ll have experience in the same system under Pope if he comes back.

I think that means if he doesn’t stay in the draft he’s coming to UK. Not really a big revelation but that seems to reinforce it.

I read the entire story on KSR, Robinson looks up to Pope and gives him a lot of credit for being the player and man he is today. In my opinion he will either stay in the draft or be at KY. The Kid loves Pipe like a father.
That’s a solid roster. Not an all star team but a lot of really good pieces. If they can learn to play together in such a short time that’s a hard team to beat.

Ansley Almonor is a backup plan for Robinson, in case he stays in the draft. Robinson has a spot if he wants it lol
Almonor is going to be a backup for Carr more likely -- not viewed as a wing. His decision likely has no bearing on Jaxson or Lanier

OK, it seems like on the street that Almonor is committing to us soon. Think there is two weeks left to decide if they want to stay in the draft. Does not seem like we would want to wait around for a guy that long and possibly losing a couple of guys that want to come here now.
If Jaxson wanted to come, and we had already gotten those two other commits, it would be foolish of the staff to not take him despite wanting to save the 13th for a young guy. I'd have to imagine they would change their initial strategy and take him.
How about we do this. Just get Ansley A and N Waterman, then the first that commits between C Lanier and J Robinson. And RS one of those two bigs for next season.
Might b good to redshirt them. They could b fantastic as fifth year seniors .
