I put it mostly on the courts. That does not leave the NCAA blameless, but it's at point now where any decision someone doesn't like is just challenged in court.

I wonder if transferring to another school resets academic eligibility (making it a loophole), or does that requirement only apply to freshmen?

I see collapse before someone actually stepping up.

But what will that collapse really look like?

Collapse would be fan disinterest leading to lower attendance and ultimately lower tv revenue basically killing the golden goose .But as we all complain it seems fan interest is at an all time high.So we apparently haven’t reached the tipping point yet.
