So according to 2 sites 9 of 10 are ranked, 197 has the opportunity to possibly get there as well. What really matters though are the ncaa rankings to solidify a qualifying spot.

For someone who doesn't follow the national scene very well how many spots to people feel really good qualifying as of now? 8?

I feel really good that 9 will qualify and 10 is not out of the question. In the first rankings there were 6 big 12 wrestlers ranked at 197. Not sure if all of those will qualify spots, but if they do I don't think its out of the question for Marsden or Weigel to place top 6 in KC.

My guess is OU qualifies eight. OSU qualifies nine, unless John decides on a wrestler at 197. No one is going to qualify unless John lets them get in there and learn to wrestle with the big boys.

We will know more after Friday night. I believe either of the two has the ability to beat Johnson. If my prediction is correct it will be Marsden.

I think Brad Zjohnson will qualify. I admit I t might just be wishful thinking on my part. We'll see.
