If we are up like this I think we don’t see Keuter which means score would be closer - 7-8 point swing
I had decision losses at 57, 97 and Hwt so would likely be a 1-2 point swing at Hwt. Makes sense though to hold BK out if not 100% so Iowa 23 and ISU 11.
Can’t imagine it is worse than facing PSU each year and not even having any hope.
I have doubts, wasn't listed on the probables. Peterson is defensive and should be the steady and best option albeit by a takedown late in the 3rd or OT.
You're a lot more confident than I am. Imo if we're gonna win we need to see the Peterson that beat spratley & lillendahl, block needs to be at his best, Endene needs to drag the match out to test elams gas tank & at least one major between 65 - 84. Still dont know the status of Williams either
When you have the kind of losing streak ISU has to their biggest rival, an in-State rival, it's WAYYYY worse.

Dresser is trying to force Tom to wrestle BK. If I'm ISU, this is where I would choose to start too. If ISU wins the first two matches, the Hawks are in trouble. If Iowa wins the first two matches, it is going to be a long day for Dresser. Going to be a great dual imo.
Tom should have told him to eff off and start at 125. Don't both coaches have to be in agreement if it's not a traditional 125 start? Screw what Dresser wants.

I think either both coaches agree or there is a coin flip and the winner decides. I don’t think Tom Brands gets the option to tell anyone to eff off we’re starting at 125.

Wow. That's exactly how that works. One coach can always use the eff off challenge and get what they want. Do they get the brick back if it works? Amazing that more coaches don't use that strategy. Seems like a no brainer.
Bastia being 1 shows how down the weight really is. Been full of hammers for years. BK has got to be able to get takedowns and so far no where near
