Is Johnson even the starter in march? Frost is beating him in the room. Regardless I like block, he kept pushing the pace.

I'm going to be unpopular for this opinion but block didn't even try a move other than a srand up. Pathetic showing for Iowa
Through all of regulation Paniro did nothing so there wasn’t much Block could do. Block was by far more active in regulation. In OT I would agree Block didn’t do much, I imagine because he liked his odds once they went down.

What a great way to top off TG weekend. By far the best ISU team in years so should be a fun day

Peterson (7) vs Poulin (10)
Drake (3) vs E Frost (8)
Nasir (10) vs Echemendia (7)
Block (15) vs Paniro (4)
Williams (8) vs Zerban (6)
Mikey (3) vs Euton (25)
PK (2) vs Gaiten (13)
AA (1) vs Dean (8)
Edene (8) vs Elam (2)
Ben (6) vs Yonder (1)

Flo rankings as of today. Pretty tight on paper. Bonus points factor immensely as usual. Some great match ups
Been out clearing snow the last couple matches. Can you post individual match results?

If all of the favorites win from here on out and Iowa can get 1 bonus point then this dual could end 16-16 and come down to criteria.

What’s the criteria? Hopefully not stall calls or takedowns cuz Iowa isn’t looking good there
Tiebreaker criteria
  1. Greater number of victories: The team with more wins (including forfeits) takes the win.
  2. Combined total of falls, forfeits, defaults, and disqualifications: If teams are still tied, the team with more of these "max point" victories wins.
  3. Total match points: The total number of points from decisions, major decisions, and technical falls is compared.
  4. Total near-fall points: The total number of near-fall points accumulated by each team is compared.
  5. Total takedowns: The team with the most takedowns wins.
  6. Least number of unsportsmanlike conduct calls: The team with fewer penalties wins.
  7. First takedown scored: If all other criteria are tied, the team that scored the first takedown in the dual is declared the winner.

Anyone looking to get rid TnT just needs to look at Block, He is wrestling they way they coach. Peterson also looks great, Ayala will be fine just a slow senior start.
5 matches on the year. 3 of them he had no takedowns. 1 of 5 by bonus. He’s wrestled some tough guys, but this isn’t the “Iowa Style” of old

******** stall call absolute fkn ********
Not trying more than one offensive risk in 7 minutes will do that. He wrestled like Morningstar and won as a result
Good and ugly at the same time.

I know about as much about wrestling as I do about rocket science but Block looked like 10x the wrestler Bailey did. Bailey looked like he was gassed the second he stepped on the mat. Is he injured?
He's got blown off the mat in his last 2 matches, he doesn't look hurt, maybe just too small.

What will it take for State to get a stall called on them? Dude didn't shoot like all match, backed up the entire time, and never had a stall called.
Maybe Iowa should take a shot.. been saying it for years now but an underhook push to the oob line isn't real offense.
