If anyone has ever had norovirus, that GIF captures it. From the initial realization that there’s was something amiss in my bowels to explosion, it was about 12 seconds. I walked, hurried, ran and dove onto the toilet just in time.

And I had just remarked to my wife about 10 minutes before that I might have gotten lucky and not caught it after she and the baby had just gotten over it.

Iowa bringing in new coaches isn't going to register in State College. Iowa would have to find the next Gable or Sanderson. Somebody within a new generation understanding of training methods that has the same zen qualities as those two. Otherwise Iowa would simply be trying to do what Penn State does better than how Penn State does it. Okie St, Iowa, Ohio State and maybe a few others are racing for second until sometime after Cael, Cody and Casey hang it up.

That's why we are better with the Brands staying. I don't know who the next Gable or Sanderson is. But I know its not Tom or Terry. But if it is Nolf or Burroughs or ????, I'd rather Iowa not find out.

There was decade between the end of Gable's coaching career and Cael's first year at ISU and another 4 years until Cael starting popping off championships at PSU.
The next great one will show up sometime after Cael is done and apparently will come from Iowa State. I am guessing it will be at some place other than Iowa or Penn State.
