Again, as my post said, based on Tom's analysis in the Duke v Taylor match (i.e., the focus is on control in the control beyond reaction time - not the length of reaction time). Fishback never showed the requisite "control" (fully behind Arnold with his body - not just his hooked arm) before Arnold returned to his feet. Again, the mat call should not have been reversed according to the analysis and breakdown Tom gave regarding Duke v Taylor.
