Only time I was there was in 2020, had to drive to Ottawa on the Sunday after the Iowa Penn State match, and somehow
timed it just right to be passing East Lansing right as the match was going to start, so stopped, threw a couple dollars in coffee can for a program and tickets bought at a card table. Sat next to Abe's dad. To go from the insanity of Carver on Friday night to was basically like a middle school ran event on Sunday was crazy. Loved it. Never understood how universities weren’t partnering with BTN to have student provide commentary in various languages too, maybe wouldn’t be big for wrestling crowd but many others, and I would think it be a big boon on a kids resume - plus would fit their whole gimmick about student focus or whatever
