He was awarded the TD once his opponent went to his hip/back. In this case the TD occurred before any danger signal/count could be started.

Williams takes down. Robideau rides & locks up riding time. Robideau rides out the period & adds a RT point, 5-1. Williams was pretty good on his feet, but really struggled on bottom. Robideau was a hammer on top.
