Who put the Shiite government in Iraq? If we didn't want the two most powerful Shia-majority nations in the region to come together, maybe we shouldn't have f*cked with the status quo.

Good point. When you are president, you never know who's going to take over for you. Hopefully, the next president is able to undo all the crap that has been going on for the last 8 years.

Well, so far Iran has removed over 13,000 centrifuges which were used for enrichment. And it shipped all their enriched uranium (25,000 lbs worth) to Russia-who was also part of the deal. good start. They are no longer months away from a nuke. Now they are years. Thanks Obama!

Right and we can trust the Iranians to self report their infractions right? And we can trust Putin as well? Seems like you're putting a lot of faith and trust into the 'death to America' crowd.

FIFY

Unfortunately, I don't see who is going to do that out of the current group.

Except maybe Trump ... he will be the best we've ever seen at everything, just ask him.

And if we didn't leave pull out............

Gotta hand it to Obama, when he goes to the bargaining table, with all the chips in his pocket, he walks away with nothing.......gotta love that nothing or nothing approach he's adopted.

Whatever Obama did or didn't do, as soon as Saddam was gone and we backed the installation of a Shiite government, nothing else he could have done would have prevented Iraq and Iran from establishing closer ties, and nothing anybody who gets elected this year is going to be able to change it either. Both are majority Shiite countries, and they only fought in the 1980s because Reagan backed Saddam -- a Sunni -- with all kinds of military aid, including poison gas which he later used on his own people after killing tens of thousands of Iranians with it. Saddam was a nasty SOB, but Iraq was the only nation capable of acting as a buffer against the ascension of Iran, and now you're bitching because that buffer no longer exists.

Had the present admin not pulled the plug, it could hae lasted a while longer. The middle east is a toilet bowl that should be flushed if they can't get their sh** together.

The world will grade your mans efforts in 5-10 years if the USA is still here!

Seriously, do you understand the dangers the potus has put the USA in future years. I would submit that you don't!

Tell me more about this and tell me how we were safer before the multi-national agreement, thanks.
