The movie "Hoosiers" , yeah I know it's a bb movie. How anyone cannot be rooting for Indiana is beyond me. Unless you have your favorite team in the playoff.
It's the little guy story! Hope they kick *** and win it all. Oregon spooks me in this second meeting.
Btw, I hate Oregon.

I root for the B1G, with the exception of Little Debbie.

Here were the 10 biggest spenders this season. I would imagine IU (and maybe Ole Miss) are not too far behind.

Indiana has at least a couple billionaire alumni; they can buy IU whatever players they need. It bought them the nation's best QB this season, as just ONE example.

Indiana is no longer "the little guy," imo; they have very BIG and very FULL pockets.

And Oregon has all the Phil Knight/Nike money.

I want the BIG to win it all.
My problem with IU winning is that we compete with IU for many recruits out of indiana and Chicago
The last thing Iowa needs is to have to battle a rising illini and IU in Chicagoland for recruits.
Let Oregon win with their Nike money and take the legend of cignetti down a notch

Unfortunately true abut Indiana and Oregon as far as Iowa is concerned.

Franklin at P State always made it hard for me to want them to win anything.

IU has 7 4-5 star players. Bama had 58!and they beat their ***. It’s not all about the money.

I have zero conference loyalty, but I'd rather Indiana or Oregon win for sure when Ole Miss and Miami are the other two options. Indiana, big time.

I have massive conference loyalty. It may make SEC heads explode to realize that in the last 3 years the following have nee jn the semi finals at minimum:

Washington
Michigan
Ohio St.
Oregon
Indiana

If Cuban's NIL money the past 2 years buys a championships for the Hoosiers it could get real gross for the rest of the B10. They've figured out you need the top QB to succeed like the handful of others that can pay.

Ill root for Indy but their coach is a ******* psycho. No thanks.
maybe something wrong with me but i'm the opposite. idgaf about indiana but at least at this point (ie maybe until he waxes iowa) i love their coach. guy has toiled all his life honing his craft at lower levels in relative anonymity and finally when he's approaching retirement age he's getting to show what he has at the highest level...it's a great story imo.
