Only thing Facebook does is steal data from all those people that play those stupid “what will I look like in 30 years” links...it is past its useful life but still useful for some but not all like it used to be.

It’s faster and easier to get news on Twitter...millenials use insta/snap/etc.

Of course FB will be ok in the long run. Too many people 40+, who have been using it for 10+ years, and are too invested in it, not to mention set in their ways to change. Obviously FB is going to/has shifted their target demographics to reflect this. Their biggest issue is the data sharing problem but 90% of their users are probably not even aware of it. Im sure at some point FB will go the way as MySpace did but it won't happen anytime soon. I'm willing to take a wait and see attitude before i jump on the stock but I will be adding it to my portfolio when I feel like it is at/near the bottom of the selloff. It may not recover to it's highest value but I'm willing to bet it will give a nice return

Judging from its selloff today, better add Twitter to your list of 'stocks to buy once I believe it is near its bottom'. While you're at it, add some Bitcoin in there. You know, just to add diversification and non-correlated assets to reduce risk

I don't have the same faith in Twitter, and sure not in Bitcoin, that I do in FB to rebound.
