Is the Blue Devil Network Plus worth it?

I want to watch the exhibition games coming up, so I was thinking about buying the 1 month subscription to the BDN+ ... but before I buy, I wanted to ask if it runs pretty smoothly with the live video play? Because I would rather not watch the games at all than deal with the frustration of thinking I'm going to watch a game and it not run smoothly.

Also, can I replay the C2C game?

Thanks for any input.

Honestly, in my experience, no not at all.

But only you know if it's worth your money.

I may be wrong but if you have the watch ESPN app on your phone, Xbox/Playstation, or go to www.espn.go.com/watchespn I believe you can watch the exhibition games as long as you have the correct TV provider. I have Directv and I think that's how I watched the games last year.

Your mileage may vary, Buzzooka, as you can see Crazyduke didn't have a good experience with it. I tried it last year and it worked pretty well for me, but other posters had problems with it. It's really the only game in town if you want to see a couple of those games.
I think you should be able to watch the CTC as part of the access to archived video.

This is all good info.

Btw, every year someone posts a similar thread, and it can only mean one thing: basketball is here!

Related question: can you watch replays through BDN+ after the fact? I will be busy Friday and won't be in front of a screen to watch the game. I would love to be able to log in at my leisure the next day and watch it.

Yes, Huffy, unless something has changed from last year, and I don't think it has. If you go over to GoDuke and look under video you can find archived broadcasts, and once you have membership you can watch the replays as well as the live events presented by BDN.

I want to add to the part about watching replays. Last year when I watched the replays it took a little time after the event ended before you could watch the replay (show up as archived broadcast). A couple of hours usually, sometimes a little more iirc.

I had no issues at all watching C2C and I'll watch the exhibition games, then cancel!

Been well worth it to me each year I do it.

I personally think it's absolutely worth the money. The coaches shows, pressers, exhibition games, the condensed game replays, the full game replays, the highlights, the weekly BDN show on the team during the show are all great features. You dont need to buy the whole year, you can do it monthly or other options like half year etc.

Is the weekly BDN show the same show they show on Fox Sports South on Saturday mornings?

Thanks for all of the info. I'm going to get it, but I will probably watch the exhibition games the day after so I don't have to deal with any live streaming issues.
