Meaning giving a totally biased home whistle to get all these " amazing" wins for ESPN game night , while the top of the league suffers . Or called so that the league gets the maximum number of teams to the NCAA therefore more $$$$. Our conference was supposed to be " historically great". but the b!G is freaking 10-0 .

The Michigan vs. A&M game was horribly officiated. SEC teams are used to that.

It might be possible that the SEC was horribly officiated in a different way than it's being done in the NCAAT, but I dunno if that's affecting the league teams anymore.

I said this way before the tourney.

The way the SEC officiates their games hurts our teams in the NCAA tourney. Teams (coaches) have to relearn how the games will be called. Pope and his staff hopefully has a guy assigned to the refs, how they call games, so when we get the assigned refs he can do a quick presentation on Ref 1, 2 and 3. Not sure it helps 100% but could not hurt with a bunch of seniors.

Love to see UK get a game where we hit 70% from 3 for the game and take the number of 3s Pope wants us to take.

Agree. I only saw a third of that game but Michigan definitely got a better whistle

I don’t think the SEC has failed. There’s yet to be an eye opening SEC team get upset so far. If anything, it looks like the committee did a pretty bang up job in seeding SEC teams which was an enormous task. Arkansas has performed above their seed but not much else has been head scratching.

The SEC had 9 wins before today, 8 teams in the 2nd round, 3 already moving to the sweet 16 . Overall the SEC is a success so far.

Our league isn't doing bad...i don't care what another leagues doing. We had 14 teans in, if half of them are out that still means 7 are still in...or whatever it is

It's not like Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Vandy were given 4 and 5 seeds. They are double digit seeds.

Who else would be in the tournament instead of them? IU? WVU? Both teams are outside of the top 50 of Kenpom. There isn't some diamond in the rough overlooked by the committee due to including SEC teams with losing conference records.

It’s interesting that Sec teams that played in Rupp Arena got Sec crews. That seemed to favor Auburn and TN.

Arkansas vs St Johns got a different type of whistle, if that game went to overtime probably they would have to play the walk-ons.
