Is this recruiting class really top 10 as far as average rating per player???

Beamer said something in post game about how the class he is going to sign on Wednesday isn't a large class but it is "top 10" as far as star ratings per average rating.

Is that correct? Top 10 is a pretty big statement to make if it isn't true. Is SC's average star rating for the incoming class actually top 10??? Is that top 10 in the SEC or country?? haha.

Everyone in the ultraverse knows next year will be no better.
Everyone in the ultraverse knows Beamer will be fired next year.

Why wait? It's an honest question. It seems almost sinister at this point. Mediocrity at this level doesn't just happen, and keep happening, and keep happening, and keep happening..... it's planned and coordinated, IMHO. There is no other explanation. We are not serious about winning. If we were we would be talking about going after kiffin and so on. If the buy out was half what it is Beamer would be gone

Allow me to play devils advocate.

A semi competent OC, who is not a drooling moron, could probably have gotten us another win or two this year.

If we win 6 next year with a non special needs OC, we can claim progress. Shane will be heralded as building for the future, and we saved a ton of money on the buyout.

I would not count on Arkansas and Florida on the road with new Head Coaches being a "W". Both Golesh and Sumrall turned around their prior jobs in one season.

Have no idea if that's true, (not checking either) but I highly doubt it. That reads like a spin of: we couldn't get the quantity that we needed because of the quality. Likely rubbish if not an outright lie.
