I’m telling you, Fear has a pic of this same dude from a tailgate he showed up at. VMF and later to be known as DucksStickTogether trolled around these sites about a decade ago. Strange cat.lol...
I never met the guy but heard some stories. What was your encounter like?
he had a Charlie Manson look. At first people were interested because of his board participation. If I recall, he would post weird analysis filled with tons of spelling and grammatical errors. I just remember everyone walking away from him as he tried to mingle. I am sure he had a shank in a boot!
He was weird. He tried to be nice but he was just not all there. One of the blue lot members was trying to help him because he got thrown out of his apt and it turned out he was tossed cause someone claimed he raped her. The blue lot member tried to distance themself from it and he turned kinda evil and then the whole board turned on him. Then he became an Oregan fan.
Gary wasn't wrapped too tight for sure. I remember him sitting outside the stadium getting money and he wasn't panhandling. People just assumed he was homeless. So he rode the PRT for hours.
Stragies was one of the first classes he took in college....
God I wish this board had a time machine..
I do know he was a special needs person that was in a program in Morgantown that did Art related events. That program mostly involved people with estranged emotional issues.
Me and @old buzzard used to go over to the Oregon board and rip him when he posted as duckssticketogether. He also had about 6-7 others.
I seriously thought it was him as pride because of the grammar issues and mental instability. Still saying it could be though....
Doom had some good stories about Gary too.
He was checked into Chestnut Ridge at one point with the diagnosis that he was homicidal. Not joking.
I had forgotten all about this. Holy ****. We really need to capture board lore like this somehow. An oral history of sorts. One day it will be lost forever.
I'm with you. Some of the OG's on this board are gone but there are still some of us left...

Some idiot made a highlight video on NCAA 2003 of Gwaltney as a mountaineer and put it to rap music as that looked like a recruiting video.
How about the first go round when we attempted to hire Huggins. Or when there was a poster convincing everyone that ND was going to join the Big East.
He is still kicking. He has had some health issues but he is still causing trouble all over facebook. I think hes been banned like 20 times. His daughter is in the Pride now.
