I'm assuming you're talking about this part:
The meeting once again drew a large crowd as about a dozen people showed up to speak in support of a pair of resolutions, one creating a welcome statement highlighting Morgantown’s effort “to be an inclusive community,” and a second “supporting the rights of immigrants, refugees and asylees.”
The Council has bigger fish to fry than this feel-good measure.
