Is UK better than ND this year?

Kelly has been a big disappointment up there. With the rise to national powerhouse of Michigan and Ohio State, and the annual solid play of Mich State and Wisconsin, ND is fast fading into mediocrity even in the midwest.

Probably not but ND losses are always comforting. If they don't get to 6 wins, how sweet would that be?

Sweet but would probably still make a bowl. All kinds of exceptions written for them cause of who they are.

Knowing our luck if ND wins 5 and we win 6 they would get the bowl bid.

That's ND. That's UK.

ND is 2-4 with losses to Texas Duke Michigan St and NC St. They best Nevada and Syracuse

They have more talent than UK and are generally better coached (even though I believe that Stoops is getting better). Their issue is that they have lost their identity on offense and defense in the same year. On offense, they're caught between being a read-option spread team and a fun and gun spread team. In trying to do both, all they've managed to do is be mediocre at both. On defense they have a bunch of "good but not great" athletes, the guys that Michigan, Ohio State, and Michigan State didn't want. Against Navy and Army, that'll do, but against the big boys you just get your lunch handed to you.

If they played UK tomorrow, I'd give the edge to ND on talent alone, but they're confidence is really low right now and I could see UK sneaking out a win if we went ball control.
