Sears got complacent, starting taking customers for granted, conceded lower prices but still expected to keep customers because of their name.

Walmart and Amazon will be the last mass retailers standing. See Amazon buying Target in a few years. Walmart will continue to expand their ecommerce presence.

there is a possibility that amazon can doom them eventually. probably wont happen but sometime in the next 30 years ...its at least possible depending on how much lazier we want to be.... being able to have everything delivered and most of it 2 day delivery guaranteed..... pretty nice set up
