I don't think UK fans are getting hyped up about it, because it's been made abundantly clear that it's not UK. The buzz is Illinois or Kansas.

Looks like Kansas. They could possibly end up with the top class and get many of our recruits due to the uncertainty of our roster.

Kansas has more uncertainty than uk cause most of their players will be back next year. They won't land the top class. Think they get bragg though. Kentucky will be just fine.

Kentucky will be more than fine next year if they get Zimmerman, he's the last piece of the puzzle, they'll have depth and experience in the backcourt with the twins coming back most likely along with Ulis, Booker, Hawkins and Briscoe. They're pretty set at forward if Poythress comes back(again probable), along with Lee and Willis and Matthews playing the 3. They probably lose all 3 centers though and I'd like to see a top tier back-up for a freshman center like Skal. It'd be great to get Newman or Swanigan but I think Zimmerman is more important. Good to see Kentucky back on top in some of the predictions for him though they're pretty meaningless this early.

Count me in for Big Zimm as well! I want Bragg, but not if that means losing Big Zimm. Go Cats!

The King would've been 80 today.
I just realized that when I saw all of the Elvis movies being shown today on Encore and TCM. Thanks for the heads up!
That's impossible, if he would be 80 that means I should be-------

Wait a minute, i will have to find my calculator.

It's a bummer to miss out on this kid. He was one of my favorite bigs in the class. He ate Trey Lyle's lunch when I watched them face off at the McCracken County Hoop Fest last year. Trey didn't display the same mid range game he has now, but Bragg was the best player on the floor on that particular night and it wasn't close. Trey has seemed much better here at UK than he played that game though. He still had a lot of points, but it was on a lot of shots and TONS of FT's. Bragg just never seemed to miss.

As I said from the beginning Bragg isn't an elite level like skal , newman , big Z ect. And he knew he wasn't a first choice UK recruit so he went were he was wanted which is all good but just like Blakeney you can't convince me Bragg didn't want to play for our evil empire ....

I saw Bragg at Marshall Co Hoopfest in December and he did not impress. He's a good player but not elite IMO. This is not sour grapes either as my brother and I were talking about this during the Hoopfest.

Cal apparently didn't think so . Doesn't mean Bragg won't be a lottery pick but Cal is very picky as he has to be. When you only get 4-6 recruits a year and basically have your pick you have to be . Zimmerman , Newman and Brown are guys with uncondtional offers. Maybe Swanigan as well.

That's right . There is a reason every single recruiting service has guys like Rabb, Diallo , Zim ect higher. Bragg is real raw but realll athletic . I see alot of T Jones in him but TJones wasn't raw he already could do so much by the time he got to UK. he actually hurt his draft status by coming back IMO but he wanted to win a title after losing to those asshats at UCONN . Man i hate UCONN and it is not b/c they beat twice in the final 4. They are just scum . Moreso there fans but still. SCUM.
