Sunday March 10th. Tennessee has a Bill in the Legislature that would make this year around.

Indianapolis used to not go on daylight savings time and stayed on standard time year round. I don't know when it changed but I'd guess at least 25 years ago. It was always confusing living in Louisville when you went to a concert in Indianapolis. You not only had to figure in going to central time but also what time of year it was. If you had a ticket that said 7 Indy time, it would either start a 9 Louisville time if was summer and daylight savings time. Or 8 Louisville time during the winter or standard time.
I think that's why Congress is kind of putting the kibosh on it for now. It would cause a lot of confusion.

I prefer Standard Time, thank you very much.
I think that depends on which side of a time zone you live on - east side wants DST (Basically saying they should be in a time zone further east to begin with.), west ST. Also, further south you are would want ST to have light in morning to use when cool & quick sunset to have cooler evenings.

I'd keep standard time all the time with NY/PA & east being in Atlantic Time, all of KY & TN being Eastern, & West Coast on Mountain Time.

Definitely like the idea of stopping where we have the sunlight in the evening and never changing clocks again. This and marijuana legalization will get you my vote no matter what party you're in.
Swear to God. Im with you. You can kill babies, start a war, end a war, save the planet, drill a hole, impeach the president, appoint a prosecutor, and tax whatever...weed and daylight is a winning platform combo to me.

Daylight Savings time is the best, but only because I have to hit my HOUR button one time when changing the time on a clock instead of 23 times.

Stop buying cheap clocks that don't have a back button to go with the forward one. [winking] Besides, this is the Paddock. You're supposed to have a maid that does it for you.

One of my favorite holidays. An extra hour of daylight after work and I don't have sun beaming on me at 6:00am? I'll drink to that.

Dumbasses...how else are we supposed to know when to change the batteries in our smoke detectors? Y’all don’t think strategically

Florida voted it in but it is held up in Congress. They are pushing to leave it at daylights savings time nationally. They have my full support.

Yes, and this was the best one. Conjunction Junction wasn't bad either.

I do. It's currently 25 or 6 to 4.

I opened this thread to read it as though glenn(n)nnn(n)nnnnnn started it. Now I know why.
