Been watching the Huskers since 1983

I can't believe the state of the football program.

Its not about the 90s.

Its about the70s and 80s of consistent fundamental football. I thought we could win with our style of football forever.

To see what I watched yesterday and then hear them say Huskers connected to it was the first time I cringed as a Nebraska fan in shame.

I just cant believe where we are now but I'll be watching from Texas next week from beginning to end.

I understand this. I posted something similar to this last week. The pre-90s era where we just played good football for the most part even when losing. We were always competitive and highly ranked. A perennial top-10 team. The 90s have overshadowed that.

I'm not looking to be great.

Just a team that plays hard and smart.
