I'm a 52 y.o. Mountaineer fan that has seen and felt a lot of losses. Yesterday (or early this morning), WVU had two hard fought victories on the opponent's (more or less) home fields. Although I had absolutely no stake in either of the games, I take great satisfaction in it. Go figure. It was great entertainment. Carry on...

I don't understand the... "I had absolutely no stake in either of the games...". If you are a Mountaineer, I expect that you had a stake in both of them. What am I missing?

It is a great day to be a Mountaineer. It is time for all of the arm chair coaches to support all of our players and Coach H and his entire staff. If they know so much about football why aren't they coaching.

You're not missing anything. The only thing the hoop team and football team could do yesterday was win or lose. Two wins is a sweep in my book. I was at the Pitt/Navy game. Sucked! The haters should have sat through that debacle. I watched both WVU games plus a Pitt hoop win today. Great day! Apparently there are some people here that can't enjoy a good day without bitching about a week, month or year.

GregJacobBoy sees the games as entertainment and expects nothing more from the game. We are on the same page. Holgs and the Mountaineers entertained the faithful in this bowl game. Thanks go out to the team and staff although they almost let ASU take another little piece of my heart.

It seems to me that you are the twenty something that is most likely to enter the wrong way ramp texting on your I-phone and having a head on collision after a raucous night out. Drink safely and drive safely, my friend! "Friend" is used sparingly and not graciously.

That wasn't posted to you! I thought you had anger management issues from dealing with the men in your life. Now it's easy to see you're just nasty and I feel sorry for actually anyone in your life. I don't drink sweetheart.
