Dont take a Harvard law professors word for it. Moe and kkktard said collusion was a crime.

Poor ole Dershowitz has lost his f'ucking mind. Everyone is now making fun of him.

18 U.S. Code § 953 - Private correspondence with foreign governments
prev | next
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 744; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(K), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
prev | next
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 701; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

Recently Donald Trump Jr. admitted that he met with a Russian attorney to obtain damaging information about Hillary Clinton. If he or someone else knowingly and willfully solicited a contribution from a foreign national in order to aid the Trump campaign, that would be a crime.

Sorry dumbdave, you're wrong again.

Mueller informed Trump he is under criminal investigation
FIFY
Mueller told Trump’s attorneys the president remains under investigation but is not currently a criminal target
https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...832cf0-36c1-11e8-acd5-35eac230e514_story.html

In private negotiations in early March about a possible presidential interview, Mueller described Trump as a subject of his investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. Prosecutors view someone as a subject when that person has engaged in conduct that is under investigation but there is not sufficient evidence to bring charges.

That's not what he said. You struggle with words.

It's exactly what he said. There is a difference between investigation and criminal investigation.

When this thing finally wraps up, and Trump's not charged with a crime relating to Russia or obstruction, what flavor crow will you like to eat?

Should people just wanting the investigation to continue and wrap up unfettered by the President or others eat crow? There’s a difference between believing collusion occurred and wanting it thoroughly investigated.

LMAO.... you just don't get it do you.

"president remains under investigation but is not currently a criminal target"

"Mueller described Trump as a subject of his investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election." Not **** he's a subject of the investigation, so are A LOT of other people that were involved in the election.

I wanted it investigate.... it's been well over a year.... **** or get off the pot.

Like I said earlier, what this means is "I can't get Trump on Collusion, so I have to hope for Obstruction, which is highly unlikely, or perjury if I can get him to testify."
