Many of the biggest standouts of my youth were already hit here (Hayek in Dusk til Dawn, Diaz in the Mask, etc). Here is another one that I remember just being astonished at her beauty when I saw Mask of Zorro the first time:

That said, I'll go with one of the favorites from my younger days, Betsy Russell, vastly outshining Mrs. Kevin Klein in "Private School."
And, yes, there are much, much better pictures. From many, many teen comedies of the 80s.

It wasn’t just her looks either. You know the movie, Jeff Bridges is a football player and she’s the owner’s daughter who hates football. Later in the movie she tells him how sad she is that she never got to see him play. Good scene.
