Jess Settles just gave us far more credit than he gave MSU blame. Said if people didn’t watch the game, they might get that backwards.
By the way. Anyone else notice that Isso is only 16-10 in BIG openers? I think that is a lot worse than their overall record. Almost like they don't come to play early in the year and he uses that loss to whip them into shape

Strange. MSU always plays a difficult non-conference schedule and does pretty well at it, so the reason can't be that they aren't used to the level of competition.

That was an epically bad performance by mSU at Minnesota. I believe they were 4-for-34 in the first half. Throwing up brick after brick.

Maybe the message that he does everything right but the players aren't listening isn't working with this group. He's a HOF coach. He'll figure it out. If not he has the chops to recruit instant replacements next year. May be competing with John Callipari on the recruiting trail. Strange year.

I have only seen MSU v NU but MSU had no "resemblage" to a quality BB team, despite their preseason record
