I guess we are going to find out if Northside is the class of 3A and the Coastal Conference favorites as stated in the preseason. Cards will have their hands full. Mr Conley is the real deal.

Looks like Northside is down this year. BUT, they have played a tough schedule to get them ready for conference play. With the exception of the first two games this year, the last 4 they played were quality teams. I expect Jax to win this one by 2 TD's based on the results of the past 4 games for Northside.
We will find out in 2 days if that nonconference schedule pays off. The Monarchs ready The Cards ready, lets play some Football.

Listen folks.. this craziness about Northside being down is crazy. Trust me if they make the playoffs teams will not want to see them. This is a solid football team. If the Cards don’t come up with some offense it will be a long night. They had better contain Mr Conley or he will run wild on them. Monarchs are not down they have just played some solid teams. Friday night should be a good one.

Northside leads the series vs. Jacksonville 10-7, but the Cardinals have won the last three.

Jacksonville can't score enough to win big but I think they are slightly better. I think Northside is better than last year. Conley can score any time he touches the ball. I have kept waiting for Jacksonville's offense to take off and I am not sure it is going to.

They are good, we really aren't. I've been saying all year we've been riding last year's coattails. We have only played one real team before tonight, that was New Bern. Want to stay positive here, but we have to get the Offense going. Good luck to all the Coastal teams. Let's get better Cards.
That you have. I tell you what. That non conference schedule really helped them. They will be tough out for anyone. Cards have got to find some offense. If they don’t they will exit the first round of playoffs.

I agreed with you if see earlier post from me JHS is down, NHS returned just about everyody from last year, the show down is 2 weeks NHS plays @Havelock. I am trying to figure out football3232 he changed his tune about NHS from earlier in the year.
You know how it goes, sumtimes people cant take that fan hat off to be honest with what's really going on. I knew last yr NS was jr heavy and was gonna be a problem this year. They were last yr what we are this year, young but talented. Now they are sr heavy and us and jville are young, but I think we have more young talent than jville has this year imo. Truthfully this is a measuring stick year for Havelock, however far we go will tell me how far we go next season bcuz all but 4 starters return... so if we make 3rd rd or better, sumbody better watch out next year lol
you hit the nail on the head for sure, it could come down to Rams and Southern Nash in the east, but keeping an eye on Western/Eastern Almance. The QB for you guys looks like he has settled in now

What did I change about NS from earlier? All I said was that we will see if they are the class of 3A and we will see if they will be the conference champs as predicted? It’s so funny how you guys try and take things so out of touch or put your spend on things. I knew and said that NS would be a problem. Not surprised at all that they won. Cards just did not play like they are capable of playing. Congratulations to NS kids and coaching staff. If Jacksonville gets it together offensively they will be just fine. Everyone can go ahead and give up on them if you like but you just might get surprised if they are taken lightly.
