And it's always good to have lottery picks hanging around campus when recruits and freshmen enter. Kyrie, Tyus and a few other guys should be around this summer too, on top of the guys who come back for K camp.

Hopefully the Sixers are done tanking. They'll still struggle, sure, but at least they can now build on some center pieces. Dario Saric is expected to join the team, and certainly they'll add either Simmons or Ingram. I don't think 25 to 30 wins is too far-fetched. I think Jah mostly struggled with playing for a losing team... to go from the best in college basketball to one of the most deplorable seasons in NBA history would be a rough transition for anyone.

Word is that they're leaning towards drafting Simmons. If so, I think they move one of their big men. Would love for Jah to get out of that dumpster fire of an organization.

I could easily see the Celtics moving their pick. Would do a straight up trade for the 3 and Jah, and bring him to a world class Organization.

Would love to see Jah go to the Celtics, but I can't imagine that the Sixers would trade him that easily; he proved himself to be a formidable big. You would think he's more valuable than Buddy Hield, Dragan Bender, or whoever falls to the #3 spot. But it is the Sixers, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised if it happens.

Joel Embiid tweeted two days ago that he'll be ready for the 2016-2017 season. Dario Saric is reportedly joining the team after spending the last two seasons in Europe. If the Sixers do indeed draft Simmons, they'll have a lot of young talent at the 4/5 spots. Only makes sense that they would trade one of those pieces. Reminds me of a couple years ago when the Jazz had Paul Millsap, Al Jefferson, Derrick Favors, and Enes Kanter. I don't know if the Sixers' young guys will be as good as the quartet in Utah, but these Philly prospects are all lottery picks, so you'd think a few of them will turn out to be pretty solid:

PF
Ben Simmons (#1 pick in 2016)
Nerlens Noel (#6 pick in 2013)
Dario Saric (#12 pick in 2014)

C
Jahlil Okafor (#3 pick in 2015)
Joel Embiid (#3 pick in 2014)

Embiid has too many question marks to be trade bait; Simmons isn't likely going anywhere as the #1 pick; Saric is new to the league, so he probably wouldn't be traded anytime soon. So that leaves either Jahlil or Nerlens as the next likely candidate to be traded. Fingers crossed!

A major positive in the 76ers organization is that they now have a very respected basketball mind in Bryan Colangelo running the show. Thankfully, Sam Hinkie is gone. His impact on the franchise the past few years has been sad to see, but at least he left them a lot of assets that will be used moving forward. I think we see a much more respectable franchise moving forward.

Forgot about Colangelo joining the Sixers. Well, it will be interesting one way or another. They have several nice assets - that all play the same position. Whether he stays with the Sixers or not, Jah definitely has better days ahead of him.
