Sucks. He played after I graduated and was a lot of fun to watch. One of the most memorable dudes to ever wear the blue and white.
Prayers and condolences to his family and those who knew him.
He’s throwing 1,000 yard passes in heaven. Jesus better be quick.

This is painful, I was pulling so hard for the big guy knowing how difficult a road he had with that weight issue. RIP and thank you for the wonderful memories. You hustled every minute of the game and gave it your all. Our eternal thanks
Sad. I got to meet him several years ago. I was working in Northern Kentucky when he played in high school. The sports highlights every Friday night during football season showed him throwing bombs and the occasional run from the pocket. The kids playing against him were just way too small to bring him down. It was funny. RIP Jared.

Very sad. Way too young to go. Sounds like he had a constant struggle and still had great accomplishments.. Great UK legend.
I found out last night while watching WVLT (Knoxville), as I'm visiting this area. Sad news.
