Things haven't headed south with Giles. But DeLaurier is blowing up and is hardly raw.
I like this kid - good bounce and a smart player. My only question is, did Roy turn him down yet? If not Duke has no shot.
Ok I'm glad u said this cuz I trust you haha. I'd never heard of him but that video didn't show me much which is why I thought he looked like a project. If K likes him that should be good enough
Javin is a three to four year player....a system guy. I just can't see a scenario where we land both Gabriel and Bolden but some think that's not as far-fetched as it seems. Maybe I'm wrong. I think this is Duke playing their hand. For one, nobody is scaring Giles off, and while I don't think he's locked up per se, I do think we're clearly the team to beat right now.
That's what I was thinking. HF Coach Williams gets who he wants. I think we are all jumping to conclusions that the past couple of years we feel the UNC is not getting the top of the heap prospects because of the"scandal" when truth be known these guys were not HOF Coach Roy Williams type players and I am talking about players like Ingram and Smith. He knows what he's doing. BIG LUKE MAYE, Tony Bradley, Kenny Williams and Jalik "The Legacy" Felton will bring him his fourth and UNC's 8th NC
OFC.We won't see the benefit of DeLaurier until he is a senior at Duke. That will be the next season when we don't have to contend with Big Luke Maye, who will have graduated with 4 straight UNC titles. Coach K is just planning for the future.

Big Luke Maye and Tony "lil Duncan" Bradley on the floor at the same time...we're going to have to get used to playing for moral victories against UNC.
Hurley, nice post and thanks, this is the first I have seen him. Seems to have a nice first step and also appears to be decisive in his moves. He still has a lot of time to improve his game.

I don't think the video did him justice.. Based on simply that video he doesn't look special to me and I haven't took the time to research him at all. But based on that video I can show u hundreds that can do what he showed

Very high academic kid. Very high. He's a 3-4 year player in college as of now. Absolutely loves Duke for their academic reputation. It's too early to tell right now what his ultimate decision will be, but Duke has surged in a very short time.
