Based on the facts presented in the article, that will get tossed with no charges. I am not sure how they even decided there was probable cause unless there is far more than what is written. When deciding charges on d.v.'s, you must weigh how the injuries were caused and who was the primary aggressor. It sounds like he wanted to leave in his vehicle and she literally put her body in front of the car. You can't block a car and then claim the driver caused you to get hurt. He should have called 911 and avoided this mess.

Another article said her handprints were on the hood of his car, and on his windows. Moving forward, he needs to just call for assistance if she approaches him again. That protects her....and him.

The guy threatened his pregnant GF and the baby. He's a POS a deserves anything that comes his way.

I believe it is a baby. Not sure how the criminal justice system can make that statement though.

He wasn't CHARGED with threatening anybody. That was a previous incident according to this article. She returned and wouldn't let him leave. Sound like somebody afraid of the previous threat?

What’s most ridiculous is that they don’t have to “book him.” Someone can be charged without being arrested. But the public sure does love seeing that mug shot.
