Currently watching Tatum on ESPN..vs Oak Hill from Benton , Ky fest.
Got a good one there..........a lot like B Simmons......does everything without forcing it.

Wish I woulda caught it

Good game..scored 7 1st half & sat about 1/2 out due to 3 fouls.
His team was 16 down and Tatum went on a tear and scored 18 quick ones to take a 4 point lead.............lost by 4-6. He finished with 25 or more.

I was just waiting for UK vs UCLA. ...We're looking weak at half time .down by 8.

Its almost unfair to be potentially adding he and Frank Jackson to Kennard, Jones, Thornton, and potentially Grayson. Thats not even counting Jeter, Giles, and Delaurier. might be the most offensive talent on one team since some of those Pitino led Kentucky teams or dare I say early 90's Running Rebels. Probably more talented than the 98- 99 Duke team.

I watched most of the game last night. He is unbelievably smooth in all facets of the game, and is sneaky athletic. He had a sick dunk in traffic that I didn't see coming.

I'm not worried about how next year plays out but i'll make these two comments. Let the Cream Rise to the Top, and Tatum will be Starting. I think he's night and day more advanced than Ingram right now.

When I started this thread, I thought that Duke would never miss Ingram.
Also thought that comment should come from another source.
Some Ingram fans just might be offended.
As I posted in beginning.........nearly a clone to Ben Simmons..not as tall

They do have a lot of similarities but also a few major differences. Tatum isn't as built as Ben Simmons, but Tatum has a much much better shot. I think Simmons has only taken 2 3's all year. I predict tatum takes 2 in the first half of his first game for duke. Tatum won't need to have the impact simmons has this year so no chance of similar numbers. Also, Simmons frame allows him to take the physical nature day in and day out of college bball much easier than tatum. Long term I take Tatum all day.

Really like Tatum, he seems to be a great kid that really has his head on his shoulders. Hope he stays injury free this year, can't wait to see him in a Duke uniform next year!
Go Duke!!
